| Prior to
my teaching/writing career, I was a zookeeper, wildlife rehabilitator &
researcher, and wild animal trainer.
I've worked mainly with
big cats, sea lions, and birds of prey but have also worked with elephants, horses, and
MANY other types of animals.
I even worked with Einstein, the ONLY trained tamandua
(lesser anteater) in the HISTORY OF THE WORLD, originally trained by Dr. "Jungle
George" Stoecklin. |
