• Use the ID described on the Moodle entry page
  
  
  • This is the same as your SCC login ID for email and SCC Connection, such as kp123456

Don't have a SCC login ID? Go to www.stchas.edu and click on the appropriate link. You'll receive instructions there on how to obtain your SCC Login ID.

• Use the password given to you at the time it is first assigned
  
  
• Change your password to something else after logging in for the first time, for better security
  
  
  • Do not give your password to anyone else
    
    
    • Don't even give it to your very best friend in the whole world.  Really.
      
      
  • If you lose your password, the SCC Help Desk can reset it for you.  Once reset, you can login and change it to something you'll remember next time.

• Make sure that you type everything in carefully
  
  
  • Make sure that upper and lower case letters are exactly correct as you type
    
    
• If you are using a bookmark or other saved link, it may be old information and linked to the wrong server
  
  
  • Type in www.stchas.edu by hand into your browser's address bar.  At the SCC home page, select "Moodle" from the available links.
    
    
• If logging in still does not seem to work after trying these methods, contact the SCC Help Desk at 922-8555
