Having trouble logging in for the first time
Can't get into WebCT at all
It could be that your browser is blocking "cookies." You must permit cookies for WebCT to work on your computer. To unblock (permit) cookies then go to Help in your browser toolbar and get information on how to do this.
Another solution is to use a different browser for your WebCT tests. A good alternative to AOL or Internet Explorer (IE) for this is Firefox. You can get these browsers free from the links below, or you can contact the WebCT help desk for a copy of an alternate browser on CD or via download.

Another alternative is to use a campus computer or a computer at your local public library.
Can get to WebCT but can't login to the course
The course should appear automatically when you log in to WebCT for the first time (after you register for classes). If it doesn't, and you registered for the course only recently, then contact the help desk (636-922-8555) immediately to update your information. Also notify me that you have been added.

Other possible login problems
It could be that you are not using the correct login ID or password. What is my ID or password?
Make sure that you are using the exactly correct spelling (and all lower case letters [SCC]).
If you used WebCT in a previous course and you changed your password in WebCT (SCC), then use your previously created password. If you can't remember it, call the WebCT help desk to have them reset it (I can't do this for you).
