There aren't any "Save Answer" or "Next Question" buttons at the bottom of the question

This happens when the question is really long.  The buttons are there, you just have to scroll all the way down to the bottom.

You can also increase the size of the window by dragging the bottom edge of the quiz window down with your mouse.  Click on the bottom edge when the double arrow appears and continue to hold the mouse button as you drag the edge down to the bottom of the browser window.
